Our national conferences have always been a great place for agents to connect and learn new ways to elevate their business. Since our last in-person meeting was in 2019, reconnecting is more important than ever with our Reimagine Conference 2022 taking place August 17th through the 19th in 2022.

Connecting with one another through our national conferences makes the experience that much more rewarding.
There are plenty of opportunities at every conference for agents to share ideas, network and make lasting relationships with their fellow agents. Between general sessions, breakouts and awards night, agents will meet individuals from different agencies and parts of the country. These connections emphasize the inclusive culture we’ve built and are a great advantage to every conference.
Our national conferences have historically given our agents a chance to hear the stories, strategies and successes of our veteran agents. As mainstage speakers, these agents give insightful lectures on topics like getting started as a new agent to the feeling of handing a grieving family a death benefit check. These speakers have always provided rousing speeches that motivate our agents.

The breakout sessions at every Symmetry national conference are some of the most valuable sources of information for our agents. These sessions cover a wide range of topics. Everything from handling objections to insights on recruiting is covered during the long list of breakouts. What’s more, these breakout sessions are hosted by experienced agents, carrier representatives and even some corporate staff.

Our national conferences always end with an awards night. This is an opportunity for us to celebrate the growth and success of our agents and cut a rug afterward. These ceremonies usually have a theme, but more importantly, they’re designed to recognize the achievements our agents have made over the last year.
Our next conference, Reimagine 2022, is taking place in the Belco Theatre in Denver, Colorado. It will be the first time we’ve all had the opportunity to come together since our last in-person conference in 2019. However, this is not the only thing that makes this conference unique.
This will also be our first national conference hosted by our parent company, Quility. With this change in mind, there are a few themes that will help mold everything from presentations to the content behind our sessions.
The overarching theme of this conference will focus on the past, present and future.

Breakout sessions will work a bit differently at this conference. In 2022, they will act as workshops for agents based on their level of leadership. To that end, newer agents will have breakout sessions that directly relate to their experience level while seasoned agents can expect sessions that focus on certain aspects of developing their established agencies.
These sessions are tailored to provide the most impact depending on your level of leadership. Regardless of how long you’ve been in the industry, these breakout sessions are sure to help you improve your business.
