For the second year in a row, Symmetry Financial Group has made Entrepreneur and Energage’s 2018 Top Company Culture List. The list features 150 companies across the United States that are ranked based on seven categories: effectiveness, connection, engagement, alignment, management leadership and basics, and benefits and training.
